Whether youre a newcomer or experienced runner, our program provides training plans that meet you where youre at. Recently among the largest club showings at Boston, we had over 50 people run this year. As Chicagos premier group training program, CARA has helped tens of thousands of runners successfully complete their goals. Starting in November, the SDTC Boston Marathon training program kicks off. Some of our runners also chose to train for Fall marathons as well, adding on extra mileage during our Saturday long runs.īoston Marathon Training Program (November to April) Many of our athletes are preparing for SD Holiday Half, Silver Strand or Carlsbad Half. Our Fall training program is intented to prepare you for “whatever” half marathon you want. Running training plan: Marathon beginner Introduction This training plan, put together by our coaching partners Running With Us, is designed to get you to the start line of the marathon feeling prepared and confident that you can achieve your goal. “Whatever Half” Training Program (September to December) Our Summer training program targets the final Triple Crown series race, AFC Half Marathon, at the beginning of August. “Half Mad” Training Program (June to August) Our training schedules target the San Diego Rock n’ Roll, San Diego Half Marathon, and Mountains 2 Beach, though many of our runners chose other Spring races.

In the first half of the year, the RnR Training Program prepares athletes for Spring half and full marathons. Rockin’ ‘n’ Runnin’ Training Program (January to June) We strive to provide the finest training available whether your goals are to finish your first marathon, set a marathon PR or run a half marathon.
